Proposal
My short film will show the devastating effects of bullying that occurs to young teenagers and how some take their own lives because people make them feel unwanted and misplaced in their own town where they grew up.
The plot of my short film is to show how homophobia effects people and how much of a struggle their day to day life is. My short film will adventure into what happens to people who bully others for being gay and how they hurt them which can cause suicidal thoughts or suicide.
Act 1: Act 1 will be 1:30 minutes long and will show the struggles that a homosexual person goes through and the bullying they receive even in their own house. This act will include how they cope with getting ready and how they deal with the pressure of social media telling them how they should act and look.
Act 2: Act 2 will be 1:30 minutes long and will show what happens when homosexuals are physically bullied and how they try to avoid bullies every day.
Act 3: Act 3 will be 1:00-1:30 minutes long and it will show how bullying can be resolved and the damage people do when bullying people by making them feeling misplaced because of their sexual orientation.

The target audience for my short film is teenagers because this short film Is based upon real events that happened to a teenager and the purpose of this film is to spread awareness about discrimination towards homosexuals and is aimed at teenagers because most bullying and discrimination happens between the ages 12-18 which is classified as a teenager.
