Pre-production: Location Scouting

Scouting locations are used to identify the location that scenes are going to take place and this is done to ensure the right location is chosen to best suit the scenes that will be taking place. In a scouting location the address of the location the filming is going to take place and the date is stated. Scouting locations are crucial in a pre production because it ensures you chose the correct location. When i went through my location scouting i looked at several locations and thought of many any  issues that could occur and this is the location i decided would suit best.

Pre-Production: Risk Assesment

Displayed above is a risk assessment which i had to fill in to ensure one of the cast or crew was injured during filming. Several of these assessments have been filled out however the one displayed above was used for the majority of scenes because a few of them were taken in the same place. The risk assessment allows the cast and crew to known what possible risks could occur and how to prevent them.
