Narrative Film Production: Draft 1

Here is the first draft of my short movie after editing all the footage i captured and editing it. I like my first draft because i think its effective and it may play with the audiences feelings. It also gets the message across that i want to deliver.

January 22nd me and my crew went to film the ending to my short film and it went well however, there was a few out takes because of how difficult it was to capture certain scenes until we realized the camera screen could move. Here is one of the out takes from that day of shooting and it was the last day. It was a successful day of filming and i captured everything needed although it took longer than expected.

Whilst editing i decided to add some special effects in using a moving image which grew and shrunk at certain points, the image contained text which also had the same features.This is good because it made it look like their was a text bubble appearing on screen which would normally only appear on a phone. I done this to make it clear to the audience what messages the main character was getting and also so the audience can feel although they are actually involved in the movie because they are reading what the main character is.
